5.   Essays, applications, portfolios, and similar advising materials: twelve months after the advice is delivered, unless you and Solutions Globali agree otherwise.
6.   Payment and accounting records: for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting obligations.
7.   Technical and cookie information: according to the retention periods used by Wix, Usercentrics, and other applicable providers.

We may retain information longer when necessary to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the business, or comply with law.

In short: We keep different types of information for different periods, but always in accordance with the above.

Solutions Globali operates from the United States and does not maintain an establishment in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nor do we actively direct goods or services to, or monitor the behavior of, individuals in the EU or UK.
